Sony have presented ultra-portable Tablet PC VAIO UX-280p
This device has Intel Core Solo U1400 processor running at 1,2 GHz and with Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2. Display is 4,5 inch diagonal with 1024 x 600 pixels size. In this UMPC integrated slider keyboard with 64 keys. Graphics capabilitie are supported by Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 with 128 Mb memory on-board. System memory is DDR2 and has 1Gb size. UX-280p has microphone and 2 embedded cameras: 0.3 mpx on the front side, the second 1.3 mpx on the rear side. The device has Memory Stick Duo card slot. Also Sony UMPC is equipped with USB port, Ethernet controller, Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG (802.11a/b/g) adapter, Bluetooth and IR ports. Uptime of one charge cycle is from 2.5 to 4.5 hours.
